ACE Private Risk Services is a new business group within ACE dedicated exclusively to serving the insurance and risk management needs of high-net-worth individuals and families.
Our group was established when ACE acquired the personal lines business of The Atlantic Companies. Atlantic’s personal lines organization was highly respected in the industry for outstanding customer service and widely known for the Atlantic Master Plan insurance program. We are committed to building on that reputation for service and comprehensive coverage at ACE.
ACE Private Risk Services will continue to provide Atlantic Master Plan policyholders with the same high quality service they received from Atlantic. We are also developing a new and improved insurance program called the ACE Platinum PortfolioSM.
Once the program launches, we will work with independent agents to help Atlantic Master Plan policyholders consider the possibility of switching their policy to the ACE Platinum Portfolio*.
ACE plans to begin rolling out the new program this spring, subject to state regulatory approvals.
